No reply from server

Hi guys. I know that most of u r busy and can't answer lot of posts but here's my trouble and if anyone can help I'll be thankfull.

My TS server has a no-ip - eduardo.servegame.com - and just a few guys can't connect to the server.

They recive this mensage:
[00:06:58] Connecting to 200.96.123.240
[00:07:02] No reply from server
Maybe the server is offline
or maybe teamspeak is not running on it

When they try to connect the no-ip change the "eduardo.servegame.com" for the real IP and connect, but all of them are with the right IP and can't connect.
Some ones reboot the modem to change them IP and could connect another ones just reinstalled the TS Client but another ones did all of it and nothig.

Since now I'm thankfull.

Pls read the lower section of the DynDNS FAQ thread. Most surely you have a problem with DNS server not updating that fast. Get that with several friends on my server quite often.

I mean that the server address that they are trying to connect is "eduardo.servegame.com" (no-ip) so the address can't be wrong.

And is just a few guys that are not connecting.

He's TS LOG:
18-04-05 00:23:39,1300,ERROR,ProcedureInfo,Client Open,Exception: Timeout on recv LoginStep2 wait

Any idea?

Have you read the DynDNS thread in the FAQ (the lowest part: downal of DynDNS) ? I still have the feeling it's this problem. even huge providers in Switzerland have DNS servers which do not update tha fast as I experienced the last weekend.
