Problem with TS sound

When i start up ts and lgo in my sound is very choppy, and it's impossible to make anything out. even the joined server voice of ts itself is choppy. I've tried various things but it still isn't working. Any help would be much appreciated.

- update soudn driver / directX
- test wave or direct sound in TS
- set TS to high proecess prio
