Topic change useing TSRemote.dll

hi, is there any chance to change topic useing TSRemote.dll or any other way how to do it ?

So I will specify my problem:
I want to make rotating names of Channels or funny topics that will change dinamicly (small animations) and I want to know if it is possible by useing TSRemote.dll
