Help!!! Plz!!!

Whenever i try to connect to this certain server, "it" kicks me. I dont know how it does, but it does. evreytime i attempt to connect, it says ' You were kicked by player (Excess flood)'. no one kicks me, but the program does. even if there is not anyone in the server. however, when i try to use a server that i havent ever been on before, it works fine. someone please help me.

Excess flood is from changing to too many channels in to quick of a time limet , the server may have changed it's spam line in it's server.ini file ?

do you mean im changing too many channels? cause i cant get in, lol, thats what im trying to do..is get in

if the server admin has edited the flood line to say "1" then you will never get in default is 10 in 2 seconds
