ts and cs:s

when i play cs:s my ts works fine until the map changes,then no one can hear me but i can hear them. i have to minimize cs and close ts and restart ts and then it works. after every map change i have to do this.does anyone know what is wrong? please help

just some guesses:
- do you use the CS voice tool in parallel ? If yes I'd try without it
- tried wave or direct sound in TS ?

yes i do use the ingame but it was not a problem before all of a sudden it started happening
