Logged Ip of User connected less than 10sec

Before I start the process. Was wondering if there was a way to "retrieve" the IP of a specific user. I have the Time/Date/and UserName.
We also utilize a "Hosting" service for our Server (Gameand TS) and was looking for the most direct information to pass on to our Host.
I have already asked for the information from him, but not sure if :

A: He was looking in the right area.
B: It was even possible because the duration the questionable person that was on was less than 22seconds.

the server.log can be configured to log every join of a user, including the IP used. The configuration is done in server.ini
