otha ppl cant connect 2 server

ive created a server, i can connect to the server but no1 else can.
i am also running of a router, its a D-Link DL-704UP model.i fink dat da router, is making all dis trouble. but i cant seem to do the port fowarding crap.the closes ill get to dat is virtual server i know that is it but i dont no wat to do to let other ppl access my server :confused: :( :mad:
