Hi,

I notice there is a slight 1 - 3 seconds at times between after someone speaks. This 1 - 3 seconds is very deadly when using TeamSpeak to play online gaming.

Anyway to solve this problem?

Reduce DirectSound buffers, switch to Wave. Use a different codec. I've read that GSM would be fine for low delay.

Hi,

I have switched Sound Driver to WAVE and set Direct Sound Buffer Size to the extreme left.

As for the codec, change it server side or client? If client, isn't that change only for local testing?

How about the server side? Anything to change to improve?

The codec you select on the client side is for loopback testing only, indeed.

You need to change the channel codec for that effect.
Other than that the things you can do to the server are rather limited: get a faster connection with lower latency.
