How many account can we make in the server ?

i have a large bandwidth ( 10mbts)

30 40 ? ...

in regards to bandwidth, limit of TS,.... ?

TS doesn't have a limit of TS users as far as I know (bandwith will allways limit you).
Concerning bandwidth, there is def. no exact statement possible as too many variable having too much impact. You might want to read the FAQ thread about bandwith to get an idea how to do a rough estimation.
