hello yer after i updated my server to new version i cannot add ip bans why is this ?

you dont give much info ! version ? cant add any bans (0) or cant add more then 20 bans then it dont work ? as windows ts version has a 20 ban limit

It's not possible to inrease the number of possible bans. This is a result of the protocoll of teamspeak.

you can add ip bans to a router if you have one ,
copy to paper all the bans you have "ip name used at the time and reason why you banned them" and keep only the ip's that were from someone trying to take over your ts , as kids being a**es will most likely only try to get in one to two more times , after they see there baned they move on ..

also you can add the wild card to a ban like 78.23.23.* the star being the wild card will ban 78.23.23.0 - 255 ip's at 1 time the more stars you place the farther up/in the range you ban 87.23.*.* now no ip's with any adress in the *.* can enter your server ... you may block a player you want by accadent but you can deleat a few ip's in your list from some one with a dynamic ip that keeps comeing back
