Hey guys I see this question asked alot but I still don't know how to work it I set up my server but only I can access it, I have no firewalls or routers, my friends can't log on, my ip is 192.168.2.10:8767 and I give that to my friends but they can't connect, what is going on? I can't even find my server on the web list its not listed, do I have to pay to get my server up and running?

The Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) has reserved the
following three blocks of the IP address space for private internets:

10.0.0.0 - 10.255.255.255 (10/8 prefix)
172.16.0.0 - 172.31.255.255 (172.16/12 prefix)
192.168.0.0 - 192.168.255.255 (192.168/16 prefix)
-> http://www.faqs.org/rfcs/rfc1918.html

As you can see your IP address is not routed on the internet. Since you have no router you probably get this IP address from your ISP.

Regarding your question: Yes, you have to pay.
You either have to pay another ISP who does not give out RFC 1918 addresses
or
you have to pay someone else to host a TS2 server for you. There are lots of hosting companies out there, just take a look at the authorized hosters (http://sales.tritoncia.com/hosters.php) page.
