why does my ts client have to conect to www.teamspeak.org [213.202.254.116] to work?

It doesnt have to per se. I would assume, that it makes that connection to pull down the list of servers, or some other harmless reason. If you really need to know you could always sniff the packets off the line to see what the comm is for.

Servers however must be able to connect, again I assume for licensing purposes to the following addresses via UDP www.goteamspeak.com or www.teamspeak.org.

could it be that your client tries to connect to the master server list ?

for the last 2 days its had to conect to abuse.teamspeak.org before connecting to the ip i want it to and now its wanting to connect to teamspeak.org, i really dont see why it has to conect any where else other than the ip i ask it to, altho i am quite ignorant on these sort of things tbh
