Well, from your description I conclude that your sound card doesn't like MOHAA and TS at the same time.
You can either try installing the latest drivers for your sound card or buy a cheap soundcard that you use for TS or use onboard sound for TS.

I have a friend from Greece who has very bad lag on our Uk MOH server when he runs ts2 and moh but is ok when runs just MOH any ideas why?
