Teamspeak banner gfx changed and old banner gfx still showing

Hello I got my gfx / banner to work and i have changed it to a new banner / gfx. My problem is that its still showing me the old gfx / banner and only some of the people are seeing the new one. Most of us are still seeing the old banner / gfx. How can I fix this. Thanks

the banner is cached client side and is saved for re-use most times rebooting the client after the server has been changed and rebooted it's self will force the change to take effect
