When I login to my server per the directions, Nothing happens!??

I followed he directions in the guide posted (thanks for the directions) and enter "admin" and my assigned password in the administration window.

Then it sez "Done" at the bottom of my Explorer screen and nothing happens. I cant seem to figure out how to use the "User Manager" that is described in the instructions.

I'm running win2K pro with all the latest updates , and Explorer 6.1? (its also the latest version) on an AMD 1100 with GFMX2 and Soundblaster card.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times.

PS I read through the forums and have seen similar posts to this one without an answer!

What am I doing or not doing??

Please don't just respond "read the posts idiot!" cause I have tried that as well.

Thanks for any constructive help.
RDR:rolleyes:

Did you left-klick the server port in the login window?

I am not sure what you mean dude (thanks for responding btw).

I get to the admin screen by left clicking on the Admin menu option
from the system tray.

This brings up a blue IE screen with three fields;
Username;
Pass;
and a larger one called 'severport'
The last one displays; "8767 server_cfg Def"

There does not appear any way to left-click that.
There is only LOGIN button.

Can you be more specific please?

Wulfius-Khan, just left-klick the server-port so it's white letters on dark-blue ground, then you should be ready to go.
You can run several TS2 servers on one machine, each TS2 server has to use a different port. With this server / ports list in the log-in window you can then choose the desired server to administer. Unfortunately, if there's only one TS2 server installed, it's not preselected in the current RC1, so by not left-klicking (=selecting) it you will try to log on to NO server.
That's how i understand the whole thing.
