The Teamspeak Server comes with a web admin interface. It's on port 14534.
Or are you looking for a replacement?

Well, someone made a replacement panel and wrote about it somewhere here on this forum. I guess this replacement web panel comes with install instructions, good addons usually do.

we are creating a webpanel completly on php with a lot comfortable features like liveadmin, kick and ban functions, a new usermanager, server status backup and restore, log viewer, server messenger and some more. But our panel is actually not ready to be released, because we are still programming and creating different modules. we plan a free version in a neutral goteamspeak.com design. But before we can use the design, we need a written permission from teamspeak, because of the copyright.
with this adminpanel you will be able to close the securiy bug in the original adminpanel, which allows a serveradmin to create, delete, edit, start and stop any server on the system.
