Webpost works then it doesnt work

I recently moved my website to a new hosting company. I then purchased a TS server from a company and set up the webpost on my site and it worked great for about a week. Now all of a sudden it quite working and their tech support does not seem to know why. I can use the webpost test script and it shows up ok, but my TS servre does not update. Does this sound like a problem with my webhosting company or the TS company?

web host most likely , does you block say offline ?

if it was working and now it is not and you changed nothing ! there mostlikly blocking a port on you
