Nobody can stay connected!

Why can my fellow teammates not stay connected to a server?
They keep timing out after about 10 secs.

[17:41:48] zero kool joined channel
[17:42:28] zero kool timed out
[17:44:23] zero kool joined channel
[17:44:42] zero kool timed out
[17:46:07] zero kool joined channel
[17:46:22] zero kool timed out
[17:49:49] zero kool joined channel
[17:50:05] zero kool timed out

Thats all that happens.

Can anybody help?
Since I've noticed that none of the support guys have helped hardly with anything.

Have you ever heard of "patience is a virtue?"
Is it ok i go visit my parents in the weekend?

What error message do your teammates get? How manny can connect? How manny not?

How manny are on the server, how big is your upload pipe?

How is the route to zero kool? Much packet loss? High ping?

Well, I have 1.5 meg download 256 upload (not fixed speed, clocked it at 300kbps once), I am the host.
Not really any packet loss. His ping is usually in the 20s.
Only him connected.

I'm going to see if another person connect sometime tonight or tomorrow and see how well he does.

Some of our users cant stay connected either. I am the Admin for our clan teamspeak server at onlinestompingounds. I have even timed out once.
