timing out

HI,

When logging into the teamspeak server, I time out immediately after I connect. Any idea how I fix that?? My husband is on the computer right next to mine, connecting to the same server and he connects just fine. We have tried it with both hime connected and not, neither seems to work. I immediately get timed out.

have you tryed the settings tab / options / other log options set to DEBUG ...ok to save retest
