MUonline causing static

I have been running TeamSpeak for years. I can play almost all my games with no issue. Currents I play Battlefield 1942 and Guildwars. Yesturday I installed MUonline (www.MUonline.com) I then attempted to play the game and talk to my friends via TS. I can't play more than a minute before my mic goes to all static. I have the most current TS. I decided I would go get the most current driver for my souundbvlaster live. I even attempted different codecs hoping that would help. The only thing that works is exiting out of the game, closing TS, then restarting TS and I can talk again. If I start MUonline though...in a few minutes it turns back to static. I do have other friends that can play MUonline without the static issue.

Any others ideas on why this game is turning my TS into static?
