registration failed

hi peeps, this is a great piece of software & beats rw hands down for quality (in my opinion) but it is still new to me, & i find i cant register my name,, when creating a new channel for our clan, which does work fine by the way, any idea's please, everything works great but is there a way to keep our link so we can just log straight onto it next time we open ts?
