"visable window model" ??? Please help!

Well, my buddie has a huge problem:

1. His AIM doesn't work, as soon as someone messages him it shuts off
2. Xfire just shuts off when he logs on
3. TS has started to not run

See a pattern here?

At first I thought it was just a firewall prob, but after disabling and restarting countless times, didn't work.

Any ideas?

When his TS loads it emediatly closes saying, "Cannot make a visable window model"

error is unknown to me, but It sounds like problems with maybe a component of the system. I'd reinstall the grafic drivers, DirectX,...

Also just a guess:
search the forum for teamspeak.conf (that's a hidden file containign the client settings) as there's lot's of info available. If you find it in your system, deleted it and restart the client.

If all fails my only guess would be a complet reinstall of the system.
