Mic works in MSN, but not in TS

I have a problem with my mic, that it works in the speech section of Windows XP, it works in MSN messenger, and in MS Netmeeting, but not in sound recorder or teamspeak.

I haven't managed to find a solution, and I was wondering if anyone has any ideas that might solve this problem?

might be that this progrs controll the sound mixer settings by themself. There are a few such ugyl programs. check your mixer settings before yo ustart TS, is recording activated (the mic is selected as ONLY rec device)

ya i had that same prob some times i would start up ts first then msn and it would work but i had to stop using msn while running ts...getting agrivating!
