Hi guys,

i searched and emailed like crazy for this problem but still have error.

i got gllcts2_4.2.2 installed on my website (ISP)
when i login into the admin page then i see
Active Servers: 1
Users Online: 14
servername xxx.xxx.xxxx and all other stuff but the only thing not working is the displaying of the channels and users in there...
i got the following error message: Data unavailable.
TCPQueryPort may not be open.

I did noticed that "server_ip", "server_port" and "server_queryport" are SET in the weblist TABLE (values in it) so that means the data is delivered but that the function "insertchannelinfo" is not working ??

could someone point me in the good direction because its working but just not getting all the data (user and channel tables are empty)

i did telnet some ports @ my TS ISP but it seems all closed.

could some1 tell me if all needed vars are still send thru webpost ?
if yes: is there somewhere a list with all recieving (send from TS ISP) vars to the webpost.php file ?

your tseamspeak server host company is blocking the port ?
or your website host company is blocking them ?
eather way i would contact them first , ask for the port needed to be opened to you or switch companys see my sig for a teamspeak host company . there are a lot of website host that block ports . ask any new host if they block ports befor you get a new service . my old clan had to do this to get a php teamspeak block to work on our website .

i know that "webpost.php" is called from my TS2 hostingcompany, then the webpost.php makes a query with server details into the database, then 2 functions are called "insertuserinfo" AND "insertchannelinfo" those 2 functions trying to connect to the port wich is stored in the database thru the webpost.php file...i did telnet different ports but the only one open is 80 lol

i just found out (after reading 1000 posts lol) that my TS2 HOST has blocked all ports as from may 2005.

"see my sig for a teamspeak host company" that company supports webpost ?

Thanks JJ

I'm actually having the same problem... Both the TS and Webserver on the same machine, and that server is in my house. 14534 And 51234 TCP ports are open on my router as well as 8767 UDP and there is no firewall running on my server.

Any suggestions?

are you using the 127.0.0.1 loopback ip as your ip when querying for info ? with both services on the same pc , this may be your case

I've never had any problems with any Webpost scripts running on any servers... Then all of a sudden one day it just decides to quit. When it first happened I was hosting the TS server on my home server and the Webscript was hosted on a paid host along with the rest of my website...

I've never had any problems while hosting both the TS server and webpost on the same server because I wasn't using any firewalls, only a router and all the required ports were open and both UDP and TCP were enabled on all ports.

OK, after reading several novels.

I am paying for a site on bluehost (Apache version - 1.3.37). Then question I have is: How do I check and forward the ports? I am running the T S server, I check the server.log and the server is running. I am not able to log in through the web server. I am sure I need to forward the ports.
