Window Problem

Ok, I downloaded TeamSpeak RC2, its been working great for about a week. Now when i run teamspeak nothing happens, theres no window that pops up to start. But the icon is on the toolbar so when i right clicked it a menu came up to connect and stuff like that, but when i click any of them...nothing happens :confused:

deleat the hidden file called teamspeak.conf and start ts back

yes it did work for like a minute, then i started the specialists and alt+tabbed it and then my teamspeak is doing the same thing again! problem is..i deleted teamspeak.conf

what should i do??? :confused: ??????!!! :confused:
