Waveingetdevscap muted mic

when I start my TS up I get this "WaveInGetDevCaps sapcific device identified us iyt if range" message and when I enter ts I am in muted mic mode and can not get out of it, anybody have anysuggestion on solving this problem?

ts settings tab / options / sound devices - sound driver switch to wave or from wave to direct sound , retest
