Teamspeak NOT getting along WITH ....?

Hey there....i am running a geforce 4200 and everytime i try to play unreal tournament and run teamspeak at the same time my computer reboots. Updated everyingthing to current. Ran before i upraded to Windows XP service pack 2. Dunno what the problem is. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME????

I got the same problem, only with a little more recent computer and the brand new UT3. If i have TS open, If I try to start UT3, my computer will restart automatically, without any bluescreen, just a plain hard reboot.

The game works fine with anything else, but just doesn't work if TS is open.
