Problem with microfon in Team Speak [Archive]

When im try start Team Speak on Windows 98SE i got this error : "PrepareHeader Invalid Handle". Im try use another program Ventrillo and all is normal..., in Team Speak with this erros i cant Mute microfon and i cant talk :(, and i cant switch settings because always i got this error....
Maybe u guys know what doing with this because need help :(

- tried wave or direct sound in TS
