Chan commander

A Friend has set his chan commander up, all the settings are correct [whisper to channel commanders in All] He can hear ok, but cant be heard :(

Any ideas pls guys :)

did he set up the key bind to do so ?
setting tab / key settings / add / whisper to / channel commanders save with OK

if he can talk to the other users while in ts it should work when he presses the special key bind set to commanders , only the channel commanders should hear

Thx Slagg for the post, had to remake an account cause I lost the other 1.

Anyway..... yes I did set up a key-bind for the channel commander *right CTRL* I also tried other buttons to see if the CTRL was the problem but didn't seem to matter which button I tried had the same problem with all.

I've uninstalled the lot and cleaned the hole PC *doc's and setting, Regedit and any file I could find regarding TS*.
Then I reinstalled TS which cleard the problem and it's working now, must have bin a screwed-up config file.
