Repetitive "Error"

I have the following fields filled in

Label:
SpeakEasy Server

Server Address:
(insert server address)

Nickname:
Ghorta

[check]Allow Server to assign a nickname

( ) Anonymous (*)Registered

Login Name:
Ghorta

User Password:
(I was told that the server password was put here but I've tried my password and the server password and it said "Error" on both times)

[check] Auot-Reconnect

Default Channel
(blank)

Default Subchannel
(blank)

Channel Password
(blank)


but everytime I try to connect to any server with this information it says "error" and something like [08:53:03] Bad Login (name and/or password wrong) when I know both password and username are correct.

Any help :(?

if you are a registered user then the above way in your post would be the way to go , but as you stated your useing the server password

...........it doesn't say Server Password, it says User Password
