error msg when joining ts servers.

When joining a server, I get the error msg:
"OpenDevice Specified resource is already allocated."
I have tried reinstalling, etc.

my comp:
p4 1.5 ghz
512mb sdram
SB Live 5.1!

Some program is using the microphone, so that ts2 cant use it.

Stop that program :)

Like what? I just have volumebutton(task), refreshlock, powerstrip, hp deskjet...., icq..

I dont know.

I only know that directSound is saying that a sound device is already being used by an other program. I assume this is the microphone because that is the case of this error 99% of the time.
