Small but annoying problem!

Hi Guy's,
Can anyone help?

1.Every time I click to join TS my computer graphics change automatically from 32 bit back to 8 bits colour quality?

2. When I am in an online flight and need to minimise FS9 to go back to TS, my FS9 crashes completely and puts it’s self back to bed?

I also fly in an on line air combat simulator ( IL2 Sturmovic) and do not have problem No 2 in that sim.

I’m hoping that this post will find a computer boffin that can help?

Does that generally happen if you start TS or only if you Alt+Tab out of FS2004 and start TS?

I daresay that's an issue with FS9, FS9 addons or your sound card drivers.

Since you seem to be a fellow flight simulator enthusiast I recommend buying a cheapo sound card and dedicate it to Teamspeak. You understand other people much better if you have the radio chatter on your headphones and the FS2004 sound on the speakers.

Hi Brian,
Thanks for your prompt response. :)
Automatic changing of my graphics from 32 bit to 8 bit happens as soon as I click on the TS short cut, even before I go into FS9 or any other game.

A bit off topic but may be of interest to you.
I fly on line with FS9 at www.eskyworld.com They do a fantastic job of providing full air trafic control from the departure gate through to the arrivle gate. I also fly IL2 Sturmovic with RAF662 CFSG at WWW.RAF662.com

Thanks for your advice regarding a 2nd sound card.
However, the sound on TS is not a problem even over the aircrafts engine sounds.
My sound card drivers are 100% up to date

That is extremely odd. I can't remember having read anything about that before.
What graphic card do you have?

Right, that's just a graphics card. It doesn't even have audio connectors.

Anyways, it might be a good idea to get current drivers for it. It might help fix 32 Bit colour to 8 Bit colour problem.
Please note I'm just guessing wildly here. To my knowledge Teamspeak isn't supposed to change screen resolution or colour depth.

Hi Guy’s,
Sorry for the delay in answering. I have been away in Spain for a few days.
Anyway Sorry about the mix up regarding my report about my sound card. I got a bit mixed up on that one.
This is the sound card that I have:-

Yes, When I am at my desk top with nothing open, I click on my TS short cut and my graphics change automatically from 32 bit to 8 bit.
I fix this by clicking Properties then settings and change from 8 bit back to 32 bit.

SB Live is fine. Your graphics card too. I'm at a loss.
