Superadmin Login

I can't seem to find out how I'm supposed to login as superadmin on my Teamspeak server so I can delete and add channels, I put my superadmin username in and my supadmin password and it say "error bad login" :(

the super admin is for the web interface only , the admin is the (SA) for the client
