problem w/ TS2

while i am playing americas army (aao) i get disconnected from the TS 2 server then the aao server. i cant reconnect to either of them for a period of time. weird thing is i tried to connect to ventrilo when i was disconnected from TS2 and aao. and it worked fine. i think TS2 screwed up my aao or something and this is really pissing me off. can some1 please help me.

i would start with looking at any firewall app's or internet security you may have running

i have not played aa in a while so i don't know about the laters build of aa but at 1 time i did play it and use ts same time

u wanna tell me how.. i only have windows firewall and norton 2005

well the win xp firewall is crap so just turn it off it blocks more out bound info then inbound , as for nortens i dont use it but there should be something in it to "allow" programs to bypass it in there someplace , you couls turn it off for a test or look on there website for a FAQ or fourms

windows firewall is off and norton is premiting TS2 or i wouldnt be able to get on the server. so firewalls isnt the problem its something like. any ideas?

well i would check / test with nortons turned off , i have seen app's allow a program for a few mins and then cut the connection after some time has gone by , remember you connect to ts to start with on port 8767 default ! but ts will asign a diferant port to each client , and it could be that port that is being cut off after X ? time

what r all the ports i should allow and how do i allow them?
