Help Needed

I need serious help. I installed TS2 and got a new mic with headphones. The problem I am having is this. a lot of times my mic cuts out as well as my headphones so I can't hear people and they can't hear me. Any ideas how to fix that.

Sounds like wrong TS Settings, or Windows Soundconfig.
TS settings: check "settings" -> "options" sound devices if switched to your used soundcard/device.

Windows: settings, sound (don´t know if its called like that), Volumecontrol, advanced, options, properties:
...look for "set volume assigned to playback".

At mixer window, be sure to have a check below at "microphone". ("Mic mute")
