Another SoundBlaster Live problem w' TS

Whenever I click on TS this error pops up saying I dont have a sound card driver.

What can I do to fix it?

I hear people talking about the KX drivers. I had installed them but the reason I think it didnt work, was because I couldnt figure out how to uninstall the Creative drivers.

I went in the add/remove progs couldnt find it.

what do I do?

While this problem isn't common, it is, however, there. You can do one of two things to resolve this issue.

1. Try uninstalling your sound card drivers. Let windows (if using Windows XP) use it's native drivers for your sound card. The problem should go away.

2. Try uninstalling your sound card drivers, downloaded an updated version of the drivers and apps if possible, then reinstall them.

NOTE: I had friends have that problem that even tied into a problem with their microphone not working. I told them to uninstall the sound card driver and now theirs is working perfectly.

If you can't find the uninstall for the creative drivers, don't panic! If you're using Windows 2000/XP, simply access Device Manager and install a generic sound driver. If you're using a Creative SB card, you can install the Microsoft WHQL drivers for the card.
