if you are behind a router see my sig for more help
I cannot get a server IP..
that's def. wrong. Not TS but your ISP or you yourself gives you a "server IP". Your server IP however depends on from where you want to connect to your server. It might be either the LAN IP (which you configure either staticaly or by a DHCP server) or it's your WAN IP (which you get from your ISP).
you might want to read the the step 1) in the server & client part of the no reply FAQ and the DynDNS thread in the FAQ
Sorry to be harsh but these two replys havent been most helpful to someone trying to setup ts2 for the first time. A few basic principles.
As mentioned when you connect to the internet, you are given an ip address by your isp that is assigned to your computer when you connect to the internet. This can be dynamic (ie changes when you disconnect and reconnect) or static (fixed and does not change). To find out the ip that you have been assigned, visit whatismyip.com. If you are using a LAN (network) with a router then you need to configure port forwarding (see m&m's sig for more information) so that data is sent to the correct machine / port on the network. If you are not using a router to share your internet connection then dont waste your time reading the tutorial.
Next check your firewall software to ensure that it is not blocking TS2 port / service. Many firewalls have program control and you need to instruct your firewall to allow this program to connect to the internet.
Finally make sure that you have the configuration of your server is setup correctly (from the webadmin interface) because of course your server wont function unless you have configured it properly.
I hope this helps....

And where is the difference to what the first two posts contain ???

That's what is posted in the no reply FAQ.

What would you change in the webinterface ? The server works without any change in the webinterface.
Sry, to be that harsh but you really give no new, relevant information.
Things you can change in the Webinterface:
- you might want to set a server password
- create users with / without Admin rights
..... (the server manual helps here)
No, I explained what they both said. You forget that we are experienced teamspeak users and explaining points may be necessary for comprehension. This is his first time setting up a server so making the points clear is necessary. Your a TS support member, you of all people should know this.
As for the web interface, as he is SETTING UP the server - not buying it from a hosting provider, the port information (controlled from this interface) is very important. Also making sure that the sever is acutaly running rather than being stopped.
"The server works without any change in the webinterface" - absolute rubbish, if you were to stop the server from the webinterface would it continue to work? I dont think so. And clearly the server doesnt work, or else why would he be posting on these forums.

If you read what I wrote - my aim wasnt to provide more information, rather to explain the previous posts of other members.
Im sorry for the angry nature of this post but i dont appreciate being put into a corner by arrogant Support members who think that they know everything.

The server is started per default, and the default port is usually just fine so you should not need to chaneg these settings.

ohm yes, of course but per default the is server started ? So with a fresh installation you do not need to start it first.
PS: I don't know every thing ;)

- True but you have to stop the server to make changes to the configuration such as the welcome message. A user could stop it to make those changes and then forget to start it again. See what I mean?
(this also applies to your second argument.)
PS: I don't know every thing
- Neither do I but ive been using TS2 for a long time. At the age of 17 I run a fully legal business whilst balancing sixth form education so I understant the need to explain things in detail to new users.
were all so not mine readers his post is vage at best , there is allso a manual in the teamspeak folder , default win location is in my sig if he read it
I cannot get a server IP = go to www.whatsismyip.com does it not
