Some Help Please

I have rented a server for a game from VSK.. and with what I got i was told I would get a Team Speak server...... I have the IP.. but no channel.. so i have to pay?? how do I go about doing this? any suggestions.. please and thank you.

ok that was useful. but.. the server i'm suppose to get is gonna be Free. because I paid for it threw VSK.. i have an IP.. it worked once.... any idea??????

Tell VSK and ask what happened to the Teamspeak server that you can't use but pay?
