Problems with AC'97 sound

Hi there,

I having problems enabling my SoundCard under Linux

version RH8.0, kernel v2.4.18-18.8.0
Audio: 82801BA/BAM AC'97

Mixer under X is working...

I get his error message when debugging TS2:

27-11-02 22:22:23,3311,ERROR,All,TOSSioThread.Initialize,Ex ception EOSSException: OSS error in OpenSoundDevice-fullduplex (/dev/dsp): Invalid argument

Does anyone have any idea what todo???:rolleyes:

Hum,

you should propably search for some resorces that point to the capabilities of youre driver (maybe some module options to enable full duplex?), or alter the used sound drivers (OSS<->alsa), maybe those have full duplex capabilities. Though, maybe youre card cant ? I dunno :)
