View Full Version : Hosting Teamspeak..
.. with a router. If anyone here can help me with this, boy would I be happy. Now, I would like to know why I can't host a teamspeak server with a Router. Well I can, but no one can join. Not with the Router IP or the Modem IP. I had tried to fix this before.. But never worked. So if one of you, boy please help me :( , could help me, that would be great ;)

Some information that I need:
- Have you set up port forwarding to your LAN IP?
- Have you turned off software firewalls for the TeamSpeak server app?
- Have you installed SP2/What's your OS?
As for people trying to connect to you, you need them to connect to your "outside" IP. http://www.ipchicken.com will give you that.

How do I set up port fowarding to my LAN IP? If it is that pass thing.. I can't get in it =/
Firewall allows it.. Shouldn't block it tbh.
What is an OS? How do I find it? And I should have Service Pack 2.. It is a rwquirment. If not please send me link just incase ;)
