hello every body


i got aproplem withe the TS2 wich is not working properly i mean the sound its cutting out and i dont now why

thes proplem become when i starte using the intrnet satillite and it never happen withe the normal dial up conection

i tried the dial up to see if the proplem is still accured or not but it was great

then i new that the proplem is with my high speed conection

What kind of connection do you use now? speed up/down

you have probably a very high ping to the TS server (as satelite what I heard have a HUGE latency). You might be able to download larg amout of data, but for the voice packets which are very time sensitive, it takes long till they are sent from you to the server or vice versa. I guess that would explain your problem.

from what i understand intenet satillite uses burst compresion it holds the packets till it gets "X" amount then sends the packet . so you most likely will have to look and see if you can set your satilite modem to use the smallist packet size it can , call your isp for more info
