cant get the "Administration" to work

For some reason when i click "Administration" on the Server box thing, it sits there and loads the login page, but then says it cant find it? any idea? and also, how do i set a password for the TS server?

uhm...mebe you dont get this, i installed the Teamspeak server, but when i go to click the Administration thing on right click of the server thing in the task bar, it comes up cannot be displayed, and i even did what u said, and it doesnt work....

type in browser adress bar:

http://ip.of.your.server:14534/

if its local installed:

http://localhost:14534/

or
http://127.0.0.1:14534/
