IP issues?

Hi I just want to know, if I host a server for my clan using my computer, I have to use my IP address for them to connect. I am just wondering, is this a security risk in any way or can I mask my IP??

Please could you tell me a good program that would mask my IP?

no you can not hide your ip

invite your friends to your home without telling them your address. Will they ever be able to join your party ?
Equally you'll have a lonely live on your TS server when not sharing the address with others.
The key to security is to WHO you give out your address. As you wouldn't probably give out your bank account,.... to strangers, you don't give your server IP to unwanted / untrusted people.
