Qustion: No Sound CODEC's??? I NEED ONE

Ok for my ts, i have some no talking rooms for ppl who keep theirs on but go away.. sometimes when im not there, i have heard ppl talking b/c they like to break rules when im not there... Is there any way to automatically mute ppl when they join a certain channel or is there like a CODEC that does not reproduce any sound what so ever?

Make your favorite channel moderated, and give your trusted ppl AV rights.

If others enter your channel, they´ve got to ask for voice right(AV or V), which can be volatile, V for example.
When they leave the server and rejoin, their V right has gone. AV stays.
