Unable to detect external ip

I do all what wrote in http://portforward.com about my router. I did open the port in the XP SP2 Firewall. What else have I left out? Others just cant connect to the server, and I cant find it it the public list.

do you have more than 1 network card in your pc ?
if so use the boundtip= "found in the server.ini file" and place the ip from your router in it
