Problems on TS

K a member from our clan got TS for us.... and two of our members are having problems

-One of them when he tries to connect he gets a Socket Error... I think the number was 40XX something but I can't be sure...
-Another member, he connects fine, but when he talks, it does flash, but no sound comes out... his microphone is set at max in the volume control of both the computer and TS... also he can talk on ventrillo and on UT2004 (which is where we wanna use it mainly for) and we all hear him on there... but not on TS?

Any suggestions?

- socket error, pls check the sticky threads in various forum section or do a search

- can he hear himself i nthe TS locale loopback mode ? Did he tested wave or direct sound in TS ?

K for the socket error I read in the stick that you need to use the IP ONLY instead of the name... but that's what he's using... so now what?
