Banner Not Showing Up After Reinstall!

I recently had to re-install TS2 server for windows because of a corupt file and after getting everything set up the banner will not show up :confused: Any ideas? I have tried several different combinations of putting it in server.ini, resetting and more.

- the one posted in the FAQ is the way to do it. You restarted the server after changign the server.ini ?
- there's a banner cache file, your problem might be related to that one ? Delete that file and restart the client (I'm quite sure there some info posted i nthe forum concerning this file)
