I had TS working like a charm on on of my servers hosted at an ISP in Texas. They recently installed a firewall. I made sure the opened ports 8767, 14534 & 51234 to both tcp&udp for Teamspeak.
Clients timeout when attempting to connect to TS now.
The Setup...
------------
Windows 2003 server
Cisco PIX 501
Some more information: The firewall is setup for IP mapping. In other words the server IP address is 70.85.195.178 (feel free to try to connect yourself) to the outside world, but the firewall maps that to 10.0.0.1 from the server perspective. Therefore after the firewall was installed I had to change the IP on all internet connected programs from 70.85.195.178 to 10.0.0.1 on the server (IIS web sites, FTP accounts, TS, etc...etc...).
Other Apps are OK...
-------------------
The Web sites and FTP accounts work without a problem now with the new IP addresses set. TS managed to find the new IP(s) on it's own (I can see via "Your IPs" when right clicking the tray icon).
Alas, TS wont work on my server. The techies at the ISP and myself are stumped.
What am I missing? Additional configuration requirements to deal with a firewall with mapped IPs on TS I don't know about? Does it not work with mapped IPs?
