I have 2 TS2 server running on the same box, however I've lost the ability to login with the Admin account.

How do I setup an Admin Acct for each of the servers? I've search these forums over and haven't found an answer.

do you run the server-program twice or just once?
becaus TS2 supports multi-servers on just one server-instance...

if that was your problem, you should just use the search function to find "multiple server" there're many threads... e. g.:

oh and the search function is also where I found out that you cross-post your problem, which I don't like...
