There are currently no application's written for a windows platform that has a GUI. TS has its own web interface and many people have developed tools which will allow you to build your own.

Because there is a web interface, a GUI for the query port isnt really needed.

I remember seeing something like it on here before. but now i cant find it.

it would be def. in the 3'th party section and not in this forum section. Can't remember seeign a GUI for the TCP Query interface.
You might write one ;)
